This End-User application form is to be used by the National Competent Authority (NCA), to commence the MaMVS On-Boarding process.
Unless the NCA undertakes the On-Boarding process by completing the below form and submitting the requested information for assessment and approval by MaMVO, the NCA cannot be granted connectivity to the Malta Medicines Verification System.
