This End-User application form is to be used by the National Blueprint System (NBS) Operations, to commence the MaMVS On-Boarding process.

Unless NBS Operations undertakes the On-Boarding process by completing the below form and submitting the requested information for assessment and approval by MaMVO, NBS Operations cannot be granted connectivity to the Malta Medicines Verification System (MaMVS) – IQE & PRD.
